Yes. A new blog born the day before 2008 Spring Training commences. What’s another Yankee blog, anyway? There are hundreds of Yankee bloggers out there. I subscribe to, and read, several bloggers out there. This just happened to be one of the ways I thought I’d get myself more involved with my favorite professional teams — by blogging about them.
A couple of months ago, I decided to e-mail Pete Abraham over at LoHud, complimenting him on his writing, blogging, and sharing information with his readers and told him that his blog, among others, was inspiring me to start my own. “Good luck,” he said.
What makes my blog different from any other Yankee blog? I’d say my own brand of writing. Like I already mentioned, there are quite a few good writers out there that I’d tip my hat to anytime, but, this is a dog-eat-dog world out there. We all write passionately about the Pinstripes.
So, let this be my first post on the Yankees. Welcome to Generation Third.
